Last Flag 1.0 launched on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) in April 2026. This update adds the Snowfield map (formerly Log Jam), a Bot Match mode, a Player Reporting system, a finisher rework (25% bonus damage during, back-loaded healing), a time-to-kill tuning pass across all nine contestants and extensive balance changes. The 1.0.1 hotfix followed shortly with a Copper Falls flag-reveal fix and a server stability fix.

★Act 01
Update Highlights
- Snowfield returns: the second map is back, renamed from Log Jam, with significant environment and layout updates.
- Bot Match: queue directly against bot-only enemy teams from the Play Menu.
- Time-to-Kill pass: slightly longer TTK across all contestants - adjusted health, weapon and ability damage, and knockback-impact damage.
- Finisher rework: attackers take +25% bonus damage during a finisher and the bulk of the heal kicks in at the end of the animation rather than front-loaded.
- Upgrade Order changes: many abilities had their upgrade order swapped to better fit playstyle and to secure key upgrades earlier.
- Player Reporting: in-game reporting system for toxic text/voice, cheating, etc. - can result in comm restrictions or bans.
- New cosmetics: contestant skins, finisher animations, emote animations and victory poses earnable by playing.

Sprint, Stamina & HUD
- Sprint can now be set to toggle or press-and-hold in the Gameplay options (Sprint Activation setting).
- The stamina bar now only appears in the HUD while the player is actively carrying the enemy flag.
- The Stamina Power-Up now boosts sprint speed by an additional +10% on top of its existing effects.
- Sliding while carrying the flag now correctly depletes stamina (bug fix).

Contestant Balance Changes
Arsenal
- Acid Launcher reticle tightened to better reflect projectile accuracy.
- Tesla Turret health reduced from 190 → 140.
Banshee
- Yumi Bow full-draw time reduced from 0.85s → 0.6s.
- Full-draw damage reduced from 72 → 60; half-draw increased from 40 → 42; headshot multiplier increased from 1.4x → 1.5x.
- Spectral Scream cooldown reduced from 25s → 15s. Upgrade order swapped. Healing Arrow upgrade order also swapped.
Bounty Hunter
- Shotgun reworked for more consistent damage delivery. Damage per pellet reduced 8 → 6. Ammo reduced 8 → 4.
- Unload max charges increased 2 → 3; can now cancel Shotgun reloading; pushes a consistent distance regardless of aim.
- Seeker Grenades upgrade order swapped.
- Jail Cell capture radius increased 3m → 4m. Expired cells now knock targets back in a predictable direction. Upgrade 1 DoT damage increased 10 → 20 per tick.
Knives
- Daggers (primary melee) damage reduced 50 → 40, range reduced 3m → 2m. Now deals bonus damage to Cashbots.
- Dagger Throw (alt-fire) damage reduced 13 → 10 per dagger. Thrown daggers now travel in a straight line with faster speed.
Lumberjack
- Axes damage increased 40 → 45, range increased 1m → 2m. No longer briefly locks abilities - chain attacks and abilities more fluidly. Now deals bonus damage to Cashbots.
- Dive Roll upgrade order swapped.
- Grand Slam can now hit targets up to 3m away.
- Forest Wrath (formerly Ancestral Spirits): damage reduction increased from 5% base / 15% upgraded → 15% base / 25% upgraded.
Roadie
- Grenade Launcher direct damage reduced 40 → 35. Reload time reduced 2s → 1.4s.
- Magnet Grenade now cancels enemy Roadie Shield and pulls Skyfire off her Jetpack during Rocket Joyride.
- Shield: moves at normal speed while active (previously slowed). Health increased 200 → 280. Activating no longer interrupts reloading; sprinting now cancels Shield.
Scout
- Falcon Eye upgrade order swapped.
- Metal Storm damage increased 90 → 110. Upgrade order swapped. Upgrade 1 now also slows enemies in the AoE in addition to the existing DoT.
Skyfire
- Flamethrower heat-vent delay increased 0.75s → 1.4s. Flame effects now align better with the reticle and intensify with heat.
- Molten Splash damage reduced 40/25 → 35/20 (direct/splash). Heat buildup per shot increased 25% → 30%.
- Chain Anchor: no longer interrupts the target's action; chains targets more quickly to prevent AoE escape.
- Flame Launch: now knocks back nearby enemies; Skyfire can now move horizontally in the air during Launch.
Tango
- Assault Rifle damage reduced 22 → 20. Magazine reduced 25 → 18. Damage falloff softened at long range. Recoil smoothed, reticle width adjusted.
- Electrified Bolas stun reduced 1.0s → 0.5s.
- Proximity Mine upgrade order swapped.
- Bunker Buster Bazooka direct damage reduced 310 → 225 base / 388 → 350 upgraded. Splash reduced 157 → 90 base / 192 → 140 upgraded.
★Act 04
1.0.1 Hotfix (April 16, 2026)
- Copper Falls: hiding the flag in certain locations very near the dividing curtain no longer prevents Radar Towers from revealing the flag.
- Server Stability: fixed a rare issue that could result in a server crash during gameplay.
