All 9 Last Flag characters with ability stats, roles, lore and strategies. Covers Knives, Lumberjack, Bounty Hunter, Scout, Arsenal, Banshee, Roadie, Skyfire and Tango.

Knives (real name Shin Soo-Jin, South Korean) is a stealth assassin with 180 HP. She deals 10 damage per knife, goes invisible by crouching for 2 seconds and uses Shadowlight Portals for two-way teleportation. Stealth damage bonus removed in 1.0.2. Best played as a flanker and flag stealer.

Lumberjack (Peter Makinen, Finnish) is the tankiest character in Last Flag with 290 HP. His Dual Axes chain into a 100-damage combo finisher after 4 hits, and his Forest Wrath ultimate heals 50% HP on activation while boosting melee damage to 1.5x. Best for holding objectives.

Bounty Hunter (Julius Reeves, American) is a beginner-friendly all-rounder with 200 HP. His Shotgun deals 6 damage per pellet with a +3 Killer Buff bonus on kills, Jail Time traps enemies for 4 seconds and his Brass Belcher Minigun ultimate fires every 0.1 seconds for 8 seconds. Low complexity, high versatility.

Scout (Parker Spencer, American) is a recon character with 200 HP. His Marksman Rifle deals 35 damage per shot (56 on headshot). Falcon Eye deploys a cybernetic bird at 8000-10000 altitude to mark enemies through walls for 20 seconds. Falcon Sprint boosts walk speed to 3.1x normal for rapid flag runs.

Arsenal (Camila Barbosa, Brazilian) is an area-control specialist with 240 HP. Her Acid Launcher creates puddles dealing 30 DPS for 7 seconds. She deploys automated turrets (18 damage, 1900 sight radius), healing Supply Generators and 5-tornado ultimates. A Healer variant swaps the launcher for a 45 HP healing beam.

Banshee (Hazuki Masako, Japanese) is a support archer with the lowest HP in Last Flag at 170. Her War Bow scales from 25 to 60 damage per shot (90 on full-draw headshot). She heals allies with Healing Arrow (50 HP per pulse), tracks enemies with a Heartbeat Sensor up to 10000 distance and repositions with a Grapple Hook that grants invisibility.

Roadie (Jack Burtt) is a crowd-control character with 200 HP. His Grenade Launcher homes in with 1500-unit tracking radius dealing 35 direct damage. Inspired Riff speakers buff allies with +4 damage and debuff enemies with -20% damage (-30% upgraded). Party Rock is a 15-second pyrotechnics zone. Magnet Grenade clusters enemies - and now cancels enemy Roadie Shields and pulls Skyfire off her Jetpack - while the 280 HP Shield lets him hold doorways at full movement speed.

Skyfire is an offensive character with 200 HP and a jetpack (425 fuel). Her Flamethrower scales from 5 to 11 damage per tick across three heat stages, with two Molten Chunks instantly reaching max heat. Chain Anchor slows enemies by 60% and Redeemer Joyride deals 80 splash damage in a 1000-unit radius on detonation.

Tango (Alejandro) is a control character with 240 HP. His Assault Rifle fires every 0.215 seconds dealing 20 damage (28 on headshot), with an 18-round magazine and softened long-range falloff. The Bazooka deals 225 direct damage (350 at Level 2) with 50% reduced self-damage (1.0.2), Proximity Mines deal 60 damage each and Electrified Bolas silence targets for 2 seconds with a 1.5s stun that breaks on damage (1.0.2). Low complexity, high damage ceiling.
Graffiti is an upcoming Last Flag contestant discovered in the 1.0.2 build's pak files. Two abilities have been datamined: ColorBackDash (a paint-themed back-dash) and PinwheelGrenade (a pinwheel grenade with trail VFX). No JSON config with HP/Stamina values exists yet — Graffiti is earlier in development than Dynamite. Asset paths and gameplay cue tags confirm active development.
