Last Flag Flag Hiding Guide
guidesUpdated 2026-04-03
This guide covers Last Flag's flag placement system. Base placement time is 60 seconds, extended by +10 seconds per captured tower and +5 per neutral one. The escalating ping system reveals flags every 5 seconds initially, then every 2 seconds, then every 1 second after 60 seconds. Placing flags in hard-to-reach areas is the best defence against radar reveals.

★Act 01
Placement Principles
Flag placement mechanics:
- Base placement time: 60 seconds
- Each captured point adds +10 seconds
- Each neutral point adds +5 seconds
- Placement pauses and resets after 5 seconds of carrier inactivity
- The flag must remain partially visible
★Act 02
Flag Pinging System
The game uses three parallel ping systems that escalate over time:
- Ping duration: 1.5 seconds
- Start delay: 2.5 seconds after Hunt Phase begins
- Normal ping interval: every 5 seconds
- Warning area ping (when a player is close to the flag): every 2 seconds
- After 60 seconds of hunt phase, all pings escalate to 1-second intervals
★Act 03
Countering the Radar
Radar towers reveal flag cells every 18 seconds. With 3 towers, the enemy eliminates 3 cells every 18 seconds. Counter-strategies:
- Contest Tower B to slow enemy intel gathering
- Hide flags in areas that are hard to reach even when the cell is revealed
- Hide near your team's defensive positions for rapid response when the cell is scanned
- Use Scout's Falcon Eye (8000-10000 height) to counter-scout before the flag area is revealed
