Overview
Last Flag's upgrade system has 4 levels for most abilities. Some abilities unlock new properties at specific levels. Currency from Cashbots is team-shared, spent individually and persists across character swaps.

How Abilities Scale
Abilities scale in several ways per level:
- Higher values: Banshee's Spectral Shot goes from 45 to 60 damage at Level 2
- More charges: Banshee's Dash goes from 2 to 3 charges at Level 2
- Larger areas: Scout's Metal Feathers radius goes from 500 to 750 at Level 3
- New effects: Healing Arrow gains revive at Level 2, Dash Stab resets on kill at Level 3
- More units: Arsenal's turret count goes from 1 to 2 at Level 3

Upgrade Strategy
- Many abilities get their biggest upgrade at Level 2 (e.g., Seeker Grenades go from 3 to 5). Getting to Level 2 first is usually the priority.
- Level 3-4 can unlock new effects: Dash Stab cooldown reset on kill, Healing Arrow revive, etc.
- Upgrades persist across character swaps, so spending early is always worthwhile.
